		<description>Nod -- Seattle has the priority of rules 2 and 3 the other way.  If on the freeway you see that a mile up ahead your left lane is going to have to merge right, you should probably just do that now, even if the right lane is already moving much more slowly than the left, and even if you&#039;ll have to slow down the left lane&#039;s traffic to right-lane speed to do so.  I mean, they should be merging right anyway.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I like it that way just fine.  Rules are easy to pay attention to.</description>
