		<description>&lt;p&gt;Very little discourages them from doing so, but they serve very different markets in different ways, so the hope is that a combined company will NOT actually be more efficient.  We do, however, want them to for allicances instead of strictly compete.  And if you want people to form alliances, than you need at least 3 players.  Current FCC theory is that different media can provide this, and that we don&#039;t need to break up ma bell again.  We shall see.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

What&#039;s your take?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
